I used this ticket for travel from Taipei Main Station to Taoyuan Airport. I also used this ticket on the way there. At Taipei Main Station, you can exchange it at the ezfly terminal near MRT platform A1 (before going down the escalator). You'll receive a token and voucher with the QR code and your passport. Personally, I didn't use the voucher. It's a better deal than usual, so I recommend it.

I used this for a 2-night, 3-day trip. It's divided into two cards: one for Taoyuan ↔︎Taipei and another for the MRT. Receiving it was easy and stress-free; it's such a great product that I don't see why anyone wouldn't buy it. I will definitely use it again.
