It was excellent, Jason the guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and nice, always looking after the group, we were also taken to a maple syrup tasting which was an extra so it was good, it was a very long day, however I would say the time in Niagara Falls was very short, only had time to for lunch and go to the journey behind the falls, but didn't have time to walk around, which was due to the fact that we had lunch and the JBTF included, other than that it was great.

It was a fantastic day trip!! We got picked up outside of the hotel. Comfortable bus. The only issue I had was the speaker on the bus kept making whistling noise the entire time the man was speaking so by the time we got to where we were, I had a headache from it. I wasn't even sure if it was from the Speaker but on the way back he wasn't talking and there was no noise so it had to be. The wine tasting is at the wine college of Ontario. Niagara falls is beautiful some got to go on the boat our package didn't offer that. We decided to walk into town and explore the downtown Niagara falls area instead. After that we spent time taking pictures near the falls and then met back with the bus. We then ventured into the town of Niagara. Very cute little shops and lots of different ice cream shops. Then went back to Toronto after that. Definitely worth the bus ride and no stress of driving yourself!! Definitely a great trip and I look forward to booking another just like it!

I would highly recommend this trip. Our guide Luis and driver Sameer were excellent. The boat trip was a brilliant experience and so much fun! We enjoyed the maple tasting and visit to Niagra on the Lake. A really good day out, thank you Gray Line!


