Amazing tour from Heritage, and our guide Two was awesome, funny and knowledgable at the same time. The pick up was right on time, smooth ride, the locations they picked for the tour were amazing, we had enough time fo visit everything. Also the lunch was rich and amazing. Overall, a perfectly organize and executed tour.★

Seriously the best day we had in Vietnam in our 3 week holiday. We are from NZ and have 2 teenagers 15 and 17 and we did a day tour with ‘Q’, who is a local guide. Ot was their first time on an e-bike, and ours too! We went to the Muy caves and up to a shrines and pagodas, through rice paddies, spectacular scenery, through back streets and villages and had the most amazing lunch in a traditional setting off the beaten path (best meal in Vietnam). Q was knowledgeable and very friendly and kind. We would recommend this trip to everyone. It’s such a beautiful setting, around every corner is another vista. Took a lot of video footage and photos. Amazing. Thank you Q and Ann at Vietnam e-bikes :) Oh and there’s a boat ride in there too, off the beaten track, with delicious tea made from the trees by the side of the river, and snacks. Some cute pigs came to say hello to us by the river bank. Lots of fun for all of us, with lots of different activities, we all had an amazing time.★

Amazing service — thank you Harry!
I accidentally booked our bus for the wrong day (completely my mistake), and my wife and I showed up at 5:30am on almost no sleep only to realize what I’d done. I called Harry, and even though I woke him up, he was incredibly calm and helpful. He quickly found us another bus, guided us to a new pickup point, and made sure we were taken care of.
What really stood out was that he didn’t stop there — he also helped arrange our return to Hanoi and even checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was going well.
Harry went far beyond what I expected, and turnedAmazing service — thank you Harry!

An absolute must, although not exactly cheap, but you are driven through the surroundings of Tam Coc that you would certainly never see. We really enjoyed it.
