We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Tony, spoke good, understandable English. The bus was comfortable, and we departed on time. We had plenty of time at all stops. Each guest received two bottles of water, and a buffet lunch was included. Additional expenses included: tips for the boatman, driver, and optional drinks.★

Everything went great! I booked, and after a while we messaged on WhatsApp to confirm the details and coordinates. Then a guide (something like a guide) messaged and confirmed all the details, coordinates, and time. I thought a car would arrive at the hotel and take me to the bus. No, the bus itself arrived! We then spent some time picking up people around the old town in Hanoi. In Vietnam, not only are bikes and cars driven masterfully, but the bus also goes places not everyone can. On the way to Halong, we stopped at a local store for restrooms, a smoke break, and tossing some cash at the cashier. It's nice there, but quite expensive. Then we flew to Tuan Chau, everyone went on cruises, and I was transferred to a smaller car and just as quickly driven to Sun World Park. Basically, they'll find you and take you there.
