Reviews: Hierve el Agua HALF-DAY Guided Tour All Fees Included

Really enjoyed the hike to hierve el agua. The steps are quite steep in there if you have knee problems or pain. But the guide can give you sticks so that helps a lot. The water was actually quite cold when I came in late Jan so I didn’t get in and some others did not as well. This was absolutely beautiful and would recommend!

The day was longer than 8 hours, but the time to get to each location was not to long, which was nice. There was a guide tour or explanation/demo at every stop. Then some free time to look around and take photos.

Had a very good time on this tour! Amazing views and had a nice time in the waterfall. Definitely recommend water shoes! There is a small shop at the waterfall where you can buy drinks. Before visiting waterfall you stop at a small local store where they give you a presentation on natural resources they sell there. After the waterfall, there is a local food place where they serve mole, tortillas, soup, and rice. Gustavo the tour guide was very friendly and informative.

The tour is definitely recommended. It's a beautifully restored site. Our guide, Silvia, was an experienced archaeologist. She was very down-to-earth. Nothing we see here has been written about it. So you can make up your own minds and make your own hypotheses. It's remarkable to realize that people have lived and worked here since 500 BC, and that Mexico has such an ancient civilization.

Amazing day trip and a lovely hike with stunning views. Breakfast and lunch both excellent as well, and Ivan was an excellent guide. Highly recommend!

A very relaxed day to enjoy the water and see beaches. Crew was great. Only thing is booking through *** did not give us an option for drinks included. We were not able to buy a drink on board while boating. Others had a drink package. We were not offered.
