The counter was easy to find; after about 20 minutes, staff led us to the bus. The bus seats were comfortable, and the ride took 45 minutes to reach the transfer station. From there, we transferred to a nine-seater van to the hotel. Staff handled all our luggage. The entire journey from the airport to the hotel took only 65 minutes! Convenient and fast.★

I recommend the limousine bus if you are traveling with parents or family, or if you have heavy luggage. You just scan the QR code at the bus stop right in front to get a paper ticket. There are plenty of staff members to assist, so it is very convenient to use. I think I will take the bus again when entering Kyoto next time.★

I found it very convenient to use late at night. I had to transfer once in the middle, but it wasn't inconvenient. The bus was full, so we went around and got off in order; since my hotel was near the end, it took a little longer, but getting off right in front of the hotel was really convenient.★

Our driver Yan Yan is extremely kind, helpful and efficient. She was patient, directing and taking us to the popular destinations that we could enjoy in Tokyo and Hakone. We really enjoyed the sceneries while she drove steadily through the narrow and winding roads to ensure our safety. She always ready and quick to pick us up at any agreed locations. Our flight delayed for two hours at midnight but Yan Yan was there to pick us up with no complaints. Our next driver, Mr Wang for Kyoto trip kindly showed us the way to Sannenzaka as it was a crowded area. Yuki was friendly and recommended us places we would enjoy in Osaka. She was always ready to pick us up at any locations for our convenience after we visited any tourist spots. Lastly, our airport transporter was quick to check his car before we left and returned back my daughter’s handphone. The person in charge for transport arrangements, Chloe was quick to answer questions that we decided to use your service
