The cost was reasonable, and we visited Otaru, Yoichi, Cape Kamui, and Cape Kogane in one day – efficient and with ample time to explore. Our guide, Xiao Ma, was perfect; fluent, humorous, and friendly in Chinese, English, and Japanese. The entire trip was wonderful.★

It's a pity that the viewpoints on the island's Wuyi coast are only open for half an hour at a time. Perhaps adding a little more time or allowing tourists to explore nearby trails would make the trip more enjoyable. Overall, however, the tour leader and itinerary were excellent, especially the use of flip cards to display meeting times at each attraction on the bus – a very good method to avoid misunderstandings among tourists speaking different languages.
