Excellent tour- well worth the money. Very difficult to find 1 tour covering all 3 “must see” locations: parmagianna reggianno dairy, Parma ham factory, Modena balsamic factory (most other tours only cover 2 of the 3). Lots of delicious samples. Very long day (6hrs) but well worth it. Luxury van transportation. Meeting point at the NH Hotel, located under the Parma train station. Our guide Paolo very knowledgeable: loves what he does. A definite 5+ Star day.

Excellent! Our Italian guide was perfect!! A passionate guide!! We were very happy with both the Parmigiano and Parma ham activities and enjoyed both the explanation and the tasting! I think the explanation of the meeting point at Parma Train Station could be better. It took us a while to figure out that we had to go down to level -2 of the station.

Incredible trip where we got to see the full process for making parmigiano reggiano, view the aging process for prosciutto di Parma, and visit a grape farm in Modena. All of these stops had incredible samples and options to purchase.
