The whole trip was amazing! The English guide spoke excellent English and patiently explained the penguin habits and the history of the train. The train journey through the sea of flowers was so relaxing, and the little penguins' wobbly walks upon arriving at the penguin colony were so adorable! The itinerary was well-planned and kept us on track. The staff were incredibly attentive and even provided hot drinks. Definitely recommend!

After arranging everything for my child's studies in Europe, I booked this day trip on Ctrip. It was an English-language tour, with half the participants being Chinese and the other half foreign tourists. The driver and guide was a very nice Australian girl who always had a smile on her face. She drove fast and smoothly, making for a pleasant experience, and the scenery was quite beautiful.

Peter, our guide, was friendly and spoke slowly for those who didn't speak English well! If you arrive in downtown Melbourne, it's after 11 PM, and you'll have free time during the day to eat on your own! Be sure to bring water and sun protection! We saw penguins at the end, even though it was a little dark! We stopped by a few places before heading to see the penguins, and they were all great!


