A very satisfying trip.
The Xinghu Hotel is new and very clean.
The bathroom felt bigger than the room; watching TV in the bathtub was really nice. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of sashimi to choose from, while the breakfast selection was relatively limited. The hotel provided a complimentary 2-hour bicycle ride, which was one of the highlights of the trip. Cycling around Xinghu Lake was very comfortable and relaxing.★

The price-performance ratio was really high. Although the food wasn't very diverse, mostly basic group meals, you had to eat out if you wanted something better. The hotel itself was decent, but it was a bit far from the city center, about an hour's drive away. It's worth mentioning that I've never met such a wonderful local guide before. Her name is Yoon Young-hee, she's a native Korean and an incredibly lovely tour guide. I hope to meet her again next time I go. Hehe.Trip.com picks
