A very interesting and unique day. Thanks to Enrico's explanations, we clearly understand the steps and individual processes the olives undergo. His experience, combined with his passion, creates a unique and familiar atmosphere where you can experience the flavors of the past. Delicious tastings of bruschetta, cured meats, and cheeses, highly recommended.

Interesting, with clear, timely information, enhanced by a well-constructed augmented reality video that captures, expands on, and visually contextualizes what we saw on the tour.
