It's been a while since I've seen the lush green sea. The sea, island, and sky were so beautiful. The trip itself was healing. There was a slight problem meeting the team before departure, but Trip.com's Korean customer service team helped us, so we met safely and traveled together. The guides were friendly, and lunch on Hong Island was delicious.

We used the fast track service at Phuket Airport upon arrival. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. A staff member met us immediately upon arrival, calmly guided us through all the formalities without any lines, personally helped us with our luggage, and escorted us to the transfer area—a special plus. This service truly saves time and stress, especially after a flight. We were very pleased. Everything was efficient, polite, and to the point. The service fully met our expectations. I definitely recommend it.

The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.
