I booked a specific date for my boyfriend as a gift. The weather turned out to be unsuitable for the flight, but they didn't inform me of this and turned him away at the airport. The staff also didn't know about the reservation because they weren't informed. It was disappointing. But the problem was resolved and they rescheduled it for another day and time. The flight itself was fantastic and a truly memorable experience! Excellent!
