Reviews: G8 Hanoi Sapa VIP Cabin Bus

Thank you for the wonderful experience. You supported me in every way, from the pick-up location to the bus, and from the bus to Sapa and back, confirming the time in advance and informing me of the pick-up location, so I was able to enjoy my stay in Sapa without any worries, even though I was traveling alone. The bus was also very clean and comfortable, with a mineral warmer and charging outlets. I believe it was only because of this tour that I was able to have such a great experience.
Reviews: Hanoi Sapa VIP Sleeper Bus by HK Buslines [Official]

Very well coordinated though my flight was delayed. Once you are out from the airport head towards your left and u’ll see berth 1. Man in green is in his uniform for easy identification, he’ll also verify your name against the booking too. Once all arrived, he’ll bring you to the coach and inform you on the sleeper bed number. Remember to inform your hotel prior to arrange for shuttle bus as they’ll coordinate and make arrangement - to and fro. On a side note, im 170cm tall and nicely fit on the sleeper bus.

My experience with HK Travel Tour Sleeper Bus was very comfortable and pleasant. The bus was clean, well-maintained, and the sleeping seats were spacious enough to relax properly during the journey. The air-conditioning was good, and the overall environment inside the bus felt calm and peaceful, which made the trip enjoyable. The driver was friendly, polite, and drove very carefully. I felt safe throughout the entire ride. His professional attitude and warm manner made passengers feel welcome and comfortable. The company itself operates in a smart and organized way. From booking to departure, everything was smooth and systematic. The staff managed the trip efficiently and on time, showing strong coordination and good customer service. Overall, it was a reliable and satisfying travel experience.

A bit more of hygiene would be great , and a remote control for the TV would be nice.

Very convenient service. They contacted me via WhatsApp and explained everything. They reminded me the day before. The driver also specified the car. Everything was clear and convenient. And most importantly, it was fast.
Reviews: Hanoi Double-Decker Sightseeing Bus

The service in Hanoi is very convenient, including a Russian-language audio guide. The route is interesting. It took four hours. It was basically enough for everything: first, we did the full circle, then stopped at three stops for sightseeing. One inconvenience: the first time you have to board the bus, you have to get off at the first stop, near the opera house. There, you have to exchange your trip reservation for a paper ticket.
