Once you make a reservation, you can communicate via KakaoTalk without any issues. My schedule changed four times, so I had to change the time, but they handled the changes without any issues. After making a reservation, you can call the airport or motel from your desired location, and they'll pick you up and drop you off at your desired location in Sapa, which is convenient.★
