Very conscientious and responsible, and very patient in communication 👍
Reviews: Pilanesberg National Park in Johannesburg, South Africa [Johannesburg Pick-up, 4x4 Safari]

It was quite convenient; they offered pick-up and drop-off services to major locations in the city. Chinese-speaking customer service was available. However, the drivers and receptionists were all Black men. The local tour operator seemed to be one of the larger travel agencies in the area. We saw many foreigners in the park who had also booked their tours through this agency. We saw rhinos, hippos, elephants, giraffes, crocodiles, wildebeest, and zebras in the park. We didn't see any lions, leopards, or other carnivores. We had lunch at a small picnic spot on a hill. We departed at 6 AM and arrived at 6 PM, a full day. Overall, it was a good trip.
