The hot springs were unused. The hotel rooms were spacious, bright, and well-equipped, with excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast was plentiful. A stroll through the bamboo forest scenic area was a welcome respite from the city's pollution. The tour guide was attentive and responsible, and the driver was dedicated and responsible. My parents were quite satisfied with the trip. Thank you! However, I have a small issue to report: the text message I received stated the vehicle number for this trip as: 沪B***66, but the actual vehicle used on the day of the trip was different. The license plate number changed, and I didn't receive timely notification from Ctrip. I hope they will pay more attention to details in the future.
