What a great way to spend a couple of hours meandering down the river. A little more communication from staff around buffet use and timings might be useful. It wasn't clear why some including us, were given wristbands and others weren't. Similarly with the aperitif that was given out on arrival. Spoilt slightly by some passengers allowing young kids to run around and also those who were in middle tables crowding behind our window table, the end one, to take photos and videos. All in all though, would do again and recommend..

Our guide Dagmar's explanation was super interesting; she was incredibly friendly and explained some really interesting and important things about the city. The places we visited were fantastic, and I loved that they took us to several different spots.

Receptionist speaking english very fluently, and she was super kind. She generously offers enough time for bath and salt room- it took overall 1.5hrs + to enjoy all experience. Its not cheap but def one of kind experience you could have in here! Overall hygiene was excellent as well
