The service was excellent. They picked us up from the pier, helped with our luggage, booked our hotel, and the food was very special. They even bought us food, played with the kids, and took photos for us while we were snorkeling.

It was incredible, we got to swim with manta rays, made four stops, and there were amazing views everywhere. We really enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone. The guys are great, and they even take photos.

Everything was sooo good! The organization was fantastic, we got to see the inhabitants, but we didn't see any manta rays, but we weren't there in the morning. BUT! The most disappointing thing, the reason I lowered my rating, is that I never received the photos from the GoPro. The guys took photos, filmed everything, helped, lured the fish, but I still didn't get any photos. If you do read this review, please contact me on WhatsApp.

Overall, the service was good. I saw manta rays and almost saw a sea turtle. There were many beautiful small fish. The staff did their best with the photos, but because the snorkeling area was so crowded with people on all the boats, the photos were taken rather hastily, which is understandable. The staff member's service was excellent; he even asked if everyone had seen manta rays.

The included pick-up and drop-off service is excellent, and you can discuss visiting other attractions afterward (for an extra fee). It's a beginner-level whitewater rafting experience, but the scenery is absolutely worth it! The total duration is approximately 2-2.5 hours, with some rest stops along the way. Lunch is a simple local buffet, and the overall ambiance is very Balinese – a fantastic experience.


