Reviews: [March Off-Season Promotion] Melbourne Great Ocean Road Trail + Gibson Steps Day Trip
Guest User2026-03-04
Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city. The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.

David our guide and driver was absolutely amazing. We had an amazing day out and even got a surprise rainbow and wild koala! Despite the gloomy weather the tour was top tier. Extreme value for money.

This was really beautiful trip. I traveled in March and the weather was great. Our guide Jess was very nice and tell us a lot of stories. The only place where there wasn't enough time was the 12 apostles.
Reviews: Great Ocean Road Tour Plus Koalas, Forest Walk and Morning Tea
Guest User2026-02-02
The tour was excellent and Warren our guide was highly entertaining and thorough. The morning tea was a juice box and a cookie, so bring snacks as the first place for food is the lunch stop around 11:30. Beware, the route is very winding/curving along the coast. If you experience motion sickness, please take note. It would be ideal if your operators could mention this on the "What to Expect" or "Additional Information" sections. The bus is cramped in the last 2 rows, you are not able to see through the front as these rows are lower than all the others. But the tour was excellent. The Gorge, and Twelve Apostles are breathtaking. Easy walking even for a senior. The forest walk in a loop in the rain forest and can be steep at moments. We were able to spot koalas along the roadside, as well as kangaroos.
