Excellent customer service especially the local guide, George. He was very knowledgeable about Lucca and Pisa. George was friendly and shared interesting stories about the city’s history. We visited famous landmarks and a few hidden spots. It was a great way to explore both cities in a day. I highly recommend this tour! Definitely a 5 stars to George! And the driver!Trip.com Picks
