A must see when in Queenstown. Highly recommend Pure Milford. Do a tour so you can enjoy the scenery. The driver will be skilled and knowledgeable. We had Sebastian and he was great! It did begin to sleet/snow as we were leaving so it’s best to leave the driving to those that have the experience. Pack clothes in layers. Pack snacks as lunch was not served until nearly 3pm. Bus was comfy and had a toilet. It is a long day, about 13 hours, but so worth it!

Ticket collection went smoothly, all arrangements were very thoughtful, the island environment was beautiful, the restaurant food was better than expected, with a wide variety of choices, and the taste was better than I imagined. Highly recommended!

Milford Sound is a must-see in New Zealand. Not only is it a unique fjord landscape unlike any found in my country, but Milford Sound in the rain is even more like something out of Lord of the Rings than on a sunny day. We set off early from Queenstown, trekking through mountains and rainforests shrouded in mist. The sky was overcast, and we occasionally passed waterfalls formed by mountain streams, enveloped in fog. It was truly breathtaking.

Ben was a brilliant driver, but couldn’t hear him in the back row seats. Our nervous traveller thoroughly enjoyed it & we all loved the experience. It was overcast & threatening rain but didn’t but this didn’t detract from the experience.

Great! New Zealand's weather is really unpredictable. We had booked an early morning skydiving session, but the weather wasn't great. We waited at the base, and luckily the weather cleared up in the afternoon, allowing us to go skydiving. The trick to getting good photos is to keep your neck stretched out and your eyes wide open; it really tests your facial expression control.
