I had a great time! The Amelia Rose was a lovely yacht, and the crew helped us adjust the settings on our phone to see the northern lights better. We were lucky to have seen the northern lights since it was a bit cloudy, and we learned about them as well. I’d like to do this trip again the next time I’m in Iceland.

I joined the tour that started at 8:00 and it finished around 14:30! I was happy that we were able to see everything efficiently and that we had time to buy souvenirs and food. The guide also took pictures for us, which was great!

The roundtrip bus transfer from Reykjavik to the Blue Lagoon was very smooth and convenient. The pick-up process was well organised, with clear instructions on where to meet, and the transfer itself was comfortable and on time. The journey takes about 45 minutes and the scenery along the way is beautiful. The return transfer was flexible enough to allow a relaxed visit without feeling rushed, which I appreciated. Staff were helpful and the whole process felt straightforward, especially if you don’t want the stress of hiring a car. The only thing to note is that the bus can be quite full during peak times, so booking in advance is definitely recommended. Overall, a hassle-free and reliable option for getting to the Blue Lagoon.


