Reviews: From Llandudno: Portmeirion, Snowdonia and Castles Tour

The trip was very good and Freddie was an excellent guide. He demonstrated his knowledge and not only of the history but the locations and landmarks as well. The trips between stops was a bit hectic whipping through tight roads at high speeds. The stop at the village was very nice but £20 each was too much, especially since we were also having lunch. We would have preferred a stop for lunch at one of the charming towns instead of the captive village with expensive lunch. We would further suggest adding an extra hour or shortening some of the stays to make the drive less frightening.

Great trip highlighting Northern Wales and Chester. Was perfect for my time strappped schedule. Loved the small tour group and the ability to roam freely at the stops. Driver was knowledgeable and kept us engaged in stories and history during the drive and provided ideas and highlights at each stop to give us some ideas.

I had a fantastic day tour with Rabbie’s to North Wales, Snowdonia, and Chester. The trip was well-organized, and our guide was knowledgeable and engaging throughout. Snowdonia’s scenery was absolutely stunning, and Chester was a charming and relaxing stop to end the day. It’s a long day, but the experience and views make it great value for money and definitely worth it.
Reviews: From Manchester: North Wales and Caernarfon Castle Day Trip

A very nice trip. The bus: clean, comfortable. The itinerary: well planned, interesting. The guide: friendly, easy-going, organized. You can see the sea, the castles, old architecture, the mountains, numerous lovely spots and corners, try local food, buy souvenirs + nice local relaxing music in the bus. It was raining and the weather wasn't quite nice, but I enjoyed every minute, thank you

Last minute booking but was worth it. Starting from Manchester Airport to first stop at Llandudno to see the Victorian era setup alongside the beautiful beach. The tour guide was kind to take us to the mountain top for the view and few pics. Next stop was Conwy to visit the Castle and the smallest house; fish & chips shop for lunch and Passport stamp for free was suggested by the guide. Next was to Snowdonia National Park with an scenic route with enough time to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Next stop at Betws-y-Coed to take a stroll across cozy town and do some souvenir shopping. Final stop at Pontcysyllte Aqueduct to walk along side the canal as small narrow boats pass by right beside you. Arrived back at Manchester Airport on time. Frank was an excellent guide who kept us informed and entertained with some quiz and black sheep points. The weather was perfect on the day. I enjoyed the tour around Northern Wales.
