The customer service was great. The route the navigation took was closed, and I initially wanted a refund (which was non-refundable). However, customer service helped communicate and provided an alternative route up the mountain. But this cable car, for two adults and one child, takes 5 minutes up and 5 minutes down, and at 750 yuan, it's a little bit overpriced. Please consider this. There's a paragliding spot at the summit where you can see people paragliding.Trip.com picks
