Reviews: From Rome: Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, and Sorrento Day Trip

Antonino was wonderful! Brilliantly informative and very witty. Enrico’s driving was wonderful. Pompeii was beyond what can be described here. Personally, I’d have rather spent more time in Pompeii and skipped Sorrento, beautiful as it was. That having been said, Sorrento in January is much quieter, and therefore more enjoyable, though most things are closed. The travel time is intense, but the breaks in Cassino are welcome. Antonino’s words at the end of the tour, citing Virgil, were undoubtedly the most emotional I’ve heard on a day trip anywhere! “No day shall erase you from the memory of time”

Fantastic and comfortable tour around the main tourist sights of Rome. Exactly as described. Felt safe on board and had a wonderful view from the upper deck. Thoroughly recommended.
Reviews: From Rome: Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and Positano Day Trip

In I really enjoyed this day trip to Positano and Pompeii. Pompeii was very beautiful and impressive — I loved walking through such a historic place. However, because of the season, many things were closed. Even so, it was a great experience and definitely worth visiting
