It was very good, even when the meeting point was changed and we missed it, we were given clear information and were able to see everything. Thank you very much!

Nikita did a great job. The audio guide was a bit confusing because the directions on where to go weren't easy to understand.

Reviews: Rome: Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Entry with Audio App
Guest User2026-10-21
The problems started right from the start. I purchased a ticket for two people (my wife and I). It turned out the ticket was only for me, and my wife was listed in the English group. I purchased a 1:00 PM ticket, but it turned out I had a 12:30 PM ticket, and my wife had a 1:30 PM ticket. My wife had to arrange the ticket herself at the museum because she'd been given a voucher in a hurry. The people in charge couldn't seem to grasp the situation. And in the end, the reservation with the audiobook turned out to be a tour without it. The museum is beautiful, but the tense atmosphere before entering somewhat obscured the attractions.

The price was reasonable. They only point you in the direction to go. Luckily it was a straight path there, nothing too complicated. It was a quick entry and once you get in, be prepared to be amazed!

Reviews: Rome: QC Termeroma Spa Admission Ticket
Guest User2026-10-05
The spa is lovely, garden are beautiful. Our issue was with the food. We were advised of only one time slot for lunch in 2 hours time. We weren’t sure if we wanted it as we hadn’t long eaten. We were told we could think / talk about it whilst changing and go back to let them know. We decided to go for it, went back 15 minutes later to book it and were told the only time slot was now a different time which was only 30 minutes away. We definitely didn’t want that as we weren’t at all hungry. What we didn’t realise was there was literally nothing else. No bar, no snacks we could buy. Nothing but some dry fruit and tiny meringues which were dished up by a member of staff so was very limited. We took bottles so we could fill them up with water at various points. But we really feel this place is let down by not being able to buy yourself a nice drink or any kind of food other than booking the buffet lunch. Would still recommend, just be aware!
