Nice enough tour at Van Nelle Factory, but one hour isn’t long enough. You only get a small glimpse of the factory, and the large group didn’t help. Even the guide admitted that the format was suboptimal. Everything felt rushed and unfinished. €17.50 with Museumkaart isn’t outrageous, but for a rushed one-hour tour with a large group, it still feels overpriced.

Everything was great, except for the price of the drinks, which I found quite high, especially considering the price we'd already paid for the activity. In the end, it came to almost €70, even the water was extra… Apart from that, it's a really fantastic activity: the crepes are delicious and there's something for everyone, even children. 😊

It was lovely to see the harbor from the water. Personally, I would have liked the tour to be a bit longer and the information in some places a little more detailed, but overall it was a nice activity to get to know the city a bit better.

Absolutely loved this! Took us just over an hour to get round the world. All in doors so great for a rainy day. 5 min walk from Rotterdam Centraal. Really loved the humorous touches (although not so much the plastic weird toys that didn’t belong). The day and night transitions were a nice touch. Original experience great for young and old.


