It was wonderful not to miss this experience, as we couldn't make it to the port on time due to traffic and rain on the scheduled day. We were only 5 minutes late, and we saw the ferry leaving the port. However, by calling before arriving and asking to wait those 5 minutes, we were given the option of postponing the trip until the next day if we didn't arrive on time. So, I'd like to thank the staff for their helpfulness, understanding, and professionalism. It was a wonderful trip, highly recommended.
