The cooking school comes highly recommended! The price is absolutely reasonable, and what you get is top-notch local cuisine taught in a charming way. The included local market, where you can see the fresh ingredients for yourself, leaves no doubt about the quality of the dishes you'll be preparing! Furthermore, the instructors are incredibly friendly and have struck the perfect balance between giving you the feeling of cooking yourself and ensuring there's little room for error. So you can be sure that your culinary skills will be well rewarded in the end ;) The location of the cooking classes is also beautiful. All in all, a wonderful experience!!★

Process: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. You can add the staff's WeChat for timely communication. Vehicle license plate number confirmation is required; group bookings are generally fine.
Note: Cooking and travel companion bookings must be made through the same link on the same platform; otherwise, different links from different travel companies will not be compatible.
Experience: In the afternoon session, we also visited a farmers' market to learn. The instructors were humorous and the driver was very patient and willing to wait. The instructors spoke Chinese, which I could understand. The first activity was visiting a vegetable garden, and the last activity was taking photos with hens. Everyone had time to take pictures, and the instructors didn't rush us. During the cooking session, the instructors patiently explained which vegetables to cut, whether to use a large or small spoon for seasoning, and the appropriate heat settings. They were very attentive. Each dish was cooked and eaten separately before moving on to the next. There was also free Thai milk tea and lemon tea, and free bottled water in the refrigerator—very cost-effective.★

This time I participated in the Thai food experience of Chiang Mai Mother’s Chinese Class, which is perfect for those who like Thai food! The overall experience was great and smooth from start to finish.
- Pick-up service: Pick up at the hotel on time and send you directly back to the hotel on the return trip, which is very convenient
- Strolling the market: The teacher introduced local specialty vegetables and spices, although the pace was slightly faster, but there was time for us to stroll around and buy snacks
- Small vegetable garden: Will visit the school's vegetable garden, learn about various fresh spices, and see two big turtles, can feed him cabbage
- Cooking time: The ingredients are well prepared, from cutting vegetables, pounding spices to actually putting the pot, step by step to follow, a sense of accomplishment
- Tasting time: After completing the three dishes, everyone sits down to enjoy, the teacher will also teach Thai milk tea and mango glutinous rice, while eating while exchanging travel experiences, the atmosphere is good.
