Performance venue is small but the performers are highly passionate and you could see their energetic performance up close. Good overall experience

This flamenco show is not to be missed! We have been here numerous times over the years, and this remains our favorite flamenco venue. The performers are excellent and the show varies every time. We were there two nights in a row, and although most of the eight performers were the same, none of the songs were repeated. Although they cater to tourists (of course) this is as close to genuine flamenco as you can get. The shows are full of life and energy and fun. Highly recommended.

Reviews: Baraka Triana. Flamenco show with drink
Guest User2024-09-11
Searching Seville for a genuine flamenco experience, we sought out the advice of a local who recommended Baraka Sala, nestled in the heartland of Flamenco in Triana, well away from the beaten tourist track. A little unassuming from the outside, once welcomed in we encountered a beautiful little studio with a small performance area bounded by chairs on three sides. The performance was at once both intimate, moving, dramatic and soulful - virtuoso guitar, spine chilling vocals and two superbly talented (and quite scary) dancers. No silly frocks, castanets or tambourines, just naked, raw, emotional Flamenco. Breathtaking.
Reviews: Flamenco Show at Tablao Alvarez Quintero in Seville

Don't pay attention to the previous negative reviews, which are completely unjustified... I regularly travel to Spain to see flamenco, whether in theaters, tablaos, or peñas. Over the years, I've seen more than a hundred shows in Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, Malaga, Cadiz, Jerez, and of course, Seville. Most of the time, since I know the scene well, I choose based on the artists performing. I also often go to this venue because the programming is always excellent for a very reasonable price. All the artists featured are highly skilled professionals with solid reputations, some of which extend beyond Spain. The owner is also a great connoisseur, a former singer, and notably the father of a very famous singer, La Tremendita. For example, tonight we were lucky enough to have the renowned Rafael Campallo perform, as well as a very talented young dancer named Matilde. In short, don't hesitate for a moment, it's a very high level in dance, singing and guitar.
