Hassle free experience, they send a service to pick you up at your hotel to the bus station until you reached your final destination/hotel. The bus and bed was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.★

This is a great value sleeper bus. It's very comfortable, the driver doesn't drive fast, and there are two restroom breaks. The bus is clean. If you get motion sickness, I recommend sleeping on the lower deck; the upper deck is more prone to motion sickness. It was a good experience and saved me a lot on hotel costs. However, there are no showers at the bus stop.★

Clean and comfortable travel from Hanoi to Sapa. We just hope they have service to pick you up at your hotel to the bus station and to your next hotel accomodation. Overall, very satisfied.★

Very friendly family run Homestay , close to walking street and the room is clean , walk thru alley and no cars pass by but accessible with motorcycle
