We booked a flight from Sapa to Ninh Binh, even though we had provided a hotel room in Tam Coc. There was no transfer to the hotel, so we had to call a taxi. Otherwise, the bus and service were excellent.★

The sleeper bus exceeded my expectations 🚌✨ The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. This trip was incredibly comfortable because they picked me up from my accommodation on the way to Sapa and dropped me off back at Hanoi's Old Quarter on the return trip. So convenient! I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. I was very impressed ❤️★
