The seat/ bed is confortable. But there is no pick up from hotel to bus's office and no free sending to the destination hotel as described in the advertisement.★

I would like to commend Trang for her excellent personal service. She helped me adjust my pickup schedule very quickly and was always polite and patient. Thanks to her assistance, my trip was smooth and worry-free.
I highly recommend this tourist bus as it is very comfortable and well-equipped with a TV, charging points, Wi-Fi, and a free shuttle service.
Initially, I planned to choose two people per bed, but thanks to Trang for sharing photos and providing a clear explanation, I decided to choose one person per bed instead. It turned out to be very comfortable.★
