The bus was comfortable, with double seats. The support team quickly changed the flight schedule because someone had beaten me to the scheduled one, and the management offered another flight a little earlier. They gave me directions, and it was easy to find. I'd indicated a hotel outside the transfer zone, and they took that into account and suggested the nearest pickup point. The bus arrived on time, there were no strange odors, and everything was clean. Regarding the air conditioning, you can close the vents, but there was still a slight draft, but it wasn't a big deal (use tape). We were dropped off at our hotels.

Book your bus from Hanoi city center to Sapa. Before departure, a staff member will contact you via the WhatsApp number you provided (having a contact number is great for communicating details). They will confirm your travel time. Since we were staying in Hanoi city center, they provided a free shuttle from our hotel to the bus station, which was incredibly convenient. The bus was new, clean, and the staff were very helpful, assisting with luggage and taking good care of us. There were two 15-minute stops along the way for restroom breaks (there are restrooms on board) and to buy food and snacks. We booked a single seat, but we reserved two seats together, which saved us the price. If you are a larger person, I recommend booking separate seats. The seats recline, and pillows, blankets, and bottled water are provided. The journey takes 7 hours. Upon arrival in Sapa, the bus will drop you off at the bus station, and they will provide a free shuttle to your hotel. It's incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this bus for anyone traveling Hanoi-Sapa or Sapa-Hanoi!

The train experience was very enjoyable. The double room was comfortable with its private space, the beds were clean, and the bathroom was also comfortable and clean. The only downside was the loud engine noise from the train, making it difficult to fall asleep, but overall, the experience was very enjoyable. I was even upgraded to a room on the return trip – I was so happy!


