Arrived at least 20 mins to confirmed and get your exact seat number. Overall very nice experience. If you are tall, you might have to shrug your legs. Overall clean, pillows and blanket and a bottle of water is provided. USB and Type C charging is available on the bus but note not suitable for fast charging cable.

I booked this again because I’ve already experienced and tested comfort on my way to Sapa and they pick and drop you offf your hotel. More convenient since we’re having 2 luggage with my daughter. Will definitely book this again once we get back to sapa Hanoi vise versa. Staff easy to communicate and very respectful and helpful. Clear instructions

An experience that lived up to my expectations. The booking was perfect, and instead of the meeting point, a company employee came to get me and escorted me to the bus. The bus was clean and air-conditioned, and the reclining seat was comfortable and had a massage function! A bottle of water and phone charging outlets were available. I slept for three-quarters of the journey, even though there were two scheduled stops, which I didn't use. The very winding road leading to Sapa woke me up. Upon arrival, a free shuttle from the Hong Kong company offered to take me to my hotel, while the bus was being cleaned for the return trip right before our eyes. In short, a reliable and organized company with quality buses. I encourage you to try them without hesitation.

This was a very unusual and novel sleeper bus trip. HK bus service was excellent; they picked us up from the hotel, and getting our tickets and boarding the bus at the bus station was also very smooth. I slept through the night and traveled from Sapa to Hanoi. Thank you, HK!

This was my first time experiencing the "lying down" mode on a 7-hour bus ride. Overall, it was very good. My parents didn't experience back pain, and we had 15-20 minute breaks every few hours to use the restroom or buy snacks. Besides the train, it's the preferred mode of transportation from Hanoi to Sapa. The bus was spacious, clean, and had Wi-Fi, a bottle of water, and was fully equipped with sheets and pillows. They also offered hotel pick-up and drop-off services.

Good day. I would like to file an official complaint regarding booking #****************. I booked a single cabin on the LOWER deck back on July 23. However, at the HK Buslines bus station, they moved my seat to the UPPER deck without my consent, offering only a refund of 50,000 VND. This is a direct violation of the terms and conditions of my booking, I demand proper refund/compensation from Trip.com for this ruined experience, I am a travel blogger, and this situation completely ruined my content plans and night sleep and I had planned a trip in advance to celebrate my birthday.
