Hokkaido is truly beautiful! It was a very enjoyable trip. The tour guide was professional and easy-going, and the itinerary was well-planned. I especially loved Farm Tomita and the flower fields of Shikisai-no-oka. Farm Tomita sells souvenirs, which was perfect for someone like me who loves lavender! I would definitely consider this travel agency again; the staff were very friendly, and the itinerary was excellent. Thumbs up!

All the attractions were absolutely beautiful! The itinerary was very well-organized; I don't know how much time it would have taken me to go on my own. Our tour guide, Ms. Liu Sheng, provided detailed and patient explanations throughout the day trip, sharing a wealth of historical, geographical, and cultural knowledge, which was a pleasant surprise and added a lot of enjoyment to the journey. It was wonderful to see the beautiful nature and listen to explanations with two cheerful guides who are fluent in both Korean and English. Thanks to the handsome male guide who reminded me of Luffy from the One Piece anime, and the bright female guide with big, pretty eyes, even the long bus ride was bearable. If anyone I know is planning a trip to Biei or Furano, I will definitely recommend Tour Story. The fascinating and beautiful Blue Pond and Shirabeard Falls were great, and I think I will miss the dazzling flower display at Farm Tomita, along with the sweet Yubari melon and lavender ice cream, once I return to Korea. The scenery at Ningle Terrace was so beautiful it felt like fairies might come out to greet us and guide us. I debated whether to take the bus tour or rent a car, but I'm glad I chose the bus tour. Driving around the outskirts all day would have been tiring. It was enjoyable, and my rating is 5 out of 5.

I signed up for a tour because I wanted to sightsee in the Furano area during my independent family trip. Although our guide, Lisa, wasn't fluent in Korean, her explanations were easy to understand, and she was very kind. Perhaps because the area is far away, the travel time was much longer than the sightseeing itself, which was a bit tiring. I wouldn't recommend this tour to those who have trouble sitting for long periods. The flowers at Shikisai Hill hadn't fully bloomed yet, but it was beautiful. The ice cream at the Blue Pond was also delicious. We didn't use the buffet for lunch and ordered at a restaurant, but due to a rush of group tourists, we had to wait about 30 minutes to eat. Lisa remained kind until the very end.
