Wow what can I say. From the first communication from Sam to the drop off was exceptional. We were actually expecting a 30 seater coach and instead a beautiful car turned up with the comfortable seats ever. Sam was a brilliant host and tour guide there are not enough words to describe. Every stop was explained before we arrived. Sam helped direct us to what ever route we needed to go. If we needed a bit more time he was accommodating. He also spoke from a personal side which we really liked and made it feel really personal. He explained also about Korean life and culture. Through out the trip Sam took photos even when we didn’t know …when we saw them we laughed in a good way as it was like a wedding photographer, I loved the fact we didn’t know he took some, as they were the best. Would I recommend this tour…definitely and if you are lucky enough to get Sam it will make all the difference. He is a credit to the company. Thank you Sam , from B & V★

Mr. Han, the driver, was very polite and provided excellent service. He was considerate of us in every way and offered helpful tips, which we greatly appreciated. He was very attentive to our needs, especially since we were traveling with a young child and elderly family members. He also arranged photo opportunities for us at each scenic spot and reminded us to be careful of the road conditions, which was very kind of him.★

Excellent eSIM! I got it for 6 days with 2GB/day. It worked perfectly for the entire trip, and the data allowance was more than enough. I never had any network issues; only the TikTok app had a few glitches, but nothing major. ChatGPT worked perfectly.
I highly recommend it because I used to get eSIMs/local SIMs in South Korea, but they were much more expensive. Since discovering eSIMs on Trip, I only use them because they offer such great value. I also recommend this one because it works perfectly at a great price! Plus, it supports LG and SK networks!★

Excursions on MSC ships are very expensive, so I started looking for an alternative. The excursion was wonderful. A couple of days before the excursion, I was added to a WhatsApp group and then sent the guide's phone number. Paul contacted us on the day of arrival and met us at the terminal with a sign. The excursion was private; we were the only other guests in the group. We were given a bottle of water in the car, and we headed out to see the main sights. At each point, we were given time to wander around, and they even treated us to some amazing mandaoine sorbet at the tables. At the market, they recommended things to try. We arrived on the ship on time. I definitely recommend the excursion!★

This was a great way to see Jeju when only having part of a day there to do it. Now if only I did not have to wait over 30 minutes on some of the guests to arrive at the meeting point. It made the day feel a bit rushed, but what can a tour leader do about it?
