This trip offered both cultural and natural value, allowing participants to appreciate rich history while enjoying stunning scenery. Our guide, Jean, a native Korean, spoke fluent and authentic Mandarin and was incredibly warm and attentive, providing detailed explanations of the rich historical background throughout the journey. The accompanying driver was also very friendly. The entire trip was fulfilling and highly satisfying.

It's really great that the trains depart and arrive on time! However, I'd like to share some points to be aware of when using the service. In my case, I was trying to use it from Seoul Station to Incheon Airport Terminal 1. I arrived at Seoul Station and tried to reserve a seat at the ticket machine at the last minute, but when I went to the machine 10 minutes before departure, I couldn't select the train I wanted to take... I found out that you have to get your ticket issued at least 20 minutes in advance. Furthermore, after getting your ticket, you can only enter the ticket gate from 30 minutes to 3 minutes before departure. If it's less than 3 minutes, you can't enter the gate with that ticket, so you have to buy a new one. It's always important to allow plenty of time when traveling, but you need to be careful to use the AREX on time and comfortably. Today was a fulfilling trip that I thoroughly enjoyed. The itinerary was diverse, the price was affordable overall, the lunch was delicious, and I appreciated the comfortable domestic travel experience. In particular, our guide, James Jo Jae-hyun, kindly explained the schedule and locations whenever we moved between places, making the trip very enjoyable. I also appreciated how attentively he looked after the participants. It was great to visit multiple spots and have diverse experiences in a short amount of time, and overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying trip.
