I was on my own on a very cold day in Feb 2026. The temperature was soooooo low in Seoul. However, I still went ahead with this activity. I booked a couple of days ahead and getting there + redeeming the ticket process was smooth. Because it was so cold, there was hardly anyone. I was very lucky to actually have the entire ride to myself haha. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend it and I will definitely go again maybe during night time next time. The time I went was during sunset but sadly, the day I went… there was barely any sun so it wasn’t as nice but I still enjoyed it.★

It was really nice! Obviously the variety is a little smaller if you book non-premium and there are not a lot of large sizes. The overall designs are very nice and the staff really lovely! The hairstyles are what you expect, very basic and quick. It was overfilled but they managed to take care of everyone. Would recommend it to foreigners since it's also one of the cheapest and closest options.★

I booked because the salon had good reviews and was close to the station. There were many staff members who could speak Japanese, and they explained things to me carefully, which made it easy to understand. If you want your hair styled, you can choose and pay on the spot. They don't use irons to curl your hair. I would like to use their services again if I have the opportunity.★

The address listed on trip.com and the store is different, so please go to the address written on the voucher! Lol. They don't recommend makeup, but rather ask you what kind of makeup you want, so if you think about the style beforehand and tell them, they will do it that way! Some of the makeup artists are studying Japanese, and many of them were very kind! After the makeup was done, we had a photo session with the president, which was fun! It became a wonderful memory! Thank you ♪♪
