Very convenient. It's super easy to get cash from a machine, and they accept euros, dollars, and even just won. They accept it everywhere! The only issue is that I had trouble reading my transport card, but that must be my phone, because to top up or check my T-Money balance, you have to tap the card to the phone for the chip to be recognized. 🤪😂★

You can exchange your voucher for a ticket by showing it at the counter near EXIT 6. There are so many counters that it was a bit confusing to know where to go. The seats are spacious and you can charge your phone! Highly recommended for those who want to travel comfortably.★

The ticket exchange process went very smoothly. Even though I don't speak Korean, I just smiled, nodded, and showed my receipt to get the ticket. The Korean counter staff and the driver were also very polite! It was just that waiting outside in -10 degree weather was quite cold 😆★

K-limuisine bus is the most comfy way to reach your hotel from the Incheon airport. All you need after arrival is to get your bus ticket from the counter near Exit 4 on the 1st floor of Terminal 1.
The bus pickup point is right away from the exit 4 door.
The seats are so comfortable, you can adjust them and sleep for about an hour that takes to get to your hotel.★

I purchased the same tour ticket through AirTrip last August, but the ticket exchange counter was closed on the day, and there was only a sign saying it was closed that day. My plans for the day were ruined, so I had to spend the day in Hongdae at short notice. I felt like crying and sorry for my family. Trip.com accurately reported that the tour was not running on August 15th. AirTrip refunded me, but I felt regretful thinking about the experience my family had this summer. Next time, I'd like to take my daughter on the Seoul City Bus Tour, since I wasn't able to see her last year.
