If you are visiting China and do not already have a Chinese mobile phone number, then you must have a eSIM card to move around, because China is a massive digital land!

Jane is very kind and nice, speaks very good English. The trip was both pleasant and convenient, with a lovely recommendation for lunch. Kind regards, a family from Norway.

Tour guide was friendly and informative. Our Chinese was limited and may missed noting some info. Tour guide 许导 is very helpful; we misunderstood the timing and came back a bit late missing the bus. 许导 waited for us and arranged another bus back. Very grateful for the good service!

Well organised trip. Chelsea was a great guide. Be prepared - it is a very busy place but Chelsea ensured the whole group got round in a smooth fashion whilst giving us all the relevant facts. Would recommend this trip.

There were people sitting directly in front of us—practically shoulder-to-shoulder—who were constantly filming (creating a veritable "forest" of hands holding phones). It was extremely difficult to watch the show through this entire obstruction. We ordered the Imperial Dinner and were disappointed. Either emperors were very modest, or something went wrong. In menu dish descriptions, everything looked really impressive and delicious. In reality—a disappointment: a piece of battered fish and beef in ketchup. Plus a Russian salad with apple and mushroom soup instead of chicken...
