Pretty convenient and fast (seems to be under 50 minutes in good traffic). once you leave the immigration, its right outside in the parking lot, just find the correct bus route.

My first experience booking a private car exceeded my expectations. We communicated the itinerary and locations in advance, the driver was waiting early, the vehicle was clean and odor-free, and he was familiar with the customs procedures at each port, making the entire trip smooth and efficient. He drove steadily and smoothly, was friendly and polite, and even thoughtfully reminded us of travel precautions. The pricing was transparent with no extra charges, and large luggage was easily accommodated. Say goodbye to transfers and travel hassles; cross-border travel is effortless and comfortable. I highly recommend him!

The minivan pickup is at Terminal 2 but it is difficult to locate. It is somewhere in the middle of the arrival hall once you get out of the baggage collection area, there is a slope then at the bottom there will be signage displaying Terminal 2 but it is rather inconspicuous. Including waiting time for the minivan after showing our tickets we took about 35-40 min to reach Shenzhen. Minivan is spacious and can leave without it being fully filled. Including my travel partner only one other passenger and the driver took the 8am ride.

We took a transfer from our Shenzhen hotel to Hong Kong. The return trip was by train. I can definitely say that choosing a transfer is the most optimal and convenient way to get to Hong Kong, taking into account border crossings. You literally get out of the car for 5-7 minutes and that's it. Taking into account two checkpoints, the travel time is about 1 hour 20 minutes. What I didn't like and what definitely caused difficulties was communicating with customer support. When I asked when I would find out the car's registration number, I received the answer "wait." By evening (we were leaving in the morning), I still hadn't received any concrete information. After contacting customer support again, they messaged me on WhatsApp. But the messages they sent there are still showing as "time required to send." To all subsequent questions, support responded with "You have been answered on WhatsApp." When I asked to send the number in a message on trip.com, it took... an hour!!!!! of communication with customer support, and only then did they send the car's registration number. Be prepared for this.

The platform's manager, Xiao, was very thoughtful, making excellent arrangements even late at night. The driver was very punctual and patient, and the car was spotless. It was my first time trying this service, and I was initially quite apprehensive, worried about potential pitfalls. However, it turns out that the chartered car service here is very well-established. The price wasn't much more than using public transportation, but it was much more convenient. The Hong Kong border crossing was done on the car, and the mainland crossing was done via a special lane, saving time. Overall, I'm very satisfied! 🥰
