I boarded the bus from Taizi station. Several other buses are parked at the boarding area. Look for the bus shown on the information screen. A staff member will come 10 minutes before departure. Scan the QR code before boarding the bus. Seats are not assigned, so if you want to choose your seat, arrive early. You are guaranteed a seat all the way to Shenzhen Port, making it a comfortable and easy way to travel.

After exiting customs at Hong Kong Airport Terminal 1, walk to the far left to the large video wall. Facing the video wall on your right is the transportation counter. If you purchased your ticket on TripAdvisor, simply show it to the counter for verification. Then, sit on the benches nearby and wait for your ride. The bus will take you directly to the vicinity of the Shenzhen Bay Port entrance. Walk for about one minute to pass through customs and immigration. If you are unsure of your way after exiting customs, walk to the left towards the ride-hailing/taxi pick-up area for about two minutes. You will see waiting areas numbered 1-6, making it very convenient and quick.

Very convenient than the high speed train. At first i was hesitant to book this as i dont where to find the van. When booking Didi pin the address to Shenzhen Bay Port (Shenzhen Port Area), after getting off show ask people there where is the van to china, show them the photo, and its easy to find it, just across the informatjon center.


