The tour guide respected the tourists' decisions throughout the trip, and the itinerary was very well arranged. The hotel was also very clean. We were lucky to be assigned a room with a balcony, although the balcony was a little dirty, and the balcony door lock was a bit unreliable; it opened easily with a little force, which was a bit unsafe. The room number was 3206. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Everything else was great, and the hotel breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, the Ctrip vacation itinerary was excellent!

I actually wrote it once, but it seems the Ctrip website didn't submit successfully. This website really needs improvement; many aspects of the user experience need enhancement. The tour guide is, in my opinion, the highlight of a group tour. This time, our lead guide, Hu Jingbo, was excellent. Her introduction to local customs and traditions greatly expanded the depth of the tour; she truly deserves her title as a top guide. Her service attitude was also very good, and the transportation arrangements were quite thorough. ***'s guide, Liu Zhuoma, was also good, with a very friendly service attitude. I think the itinerary design was quite reasonable: half a day of free time in Lijiang – 2 days in Shangri-La – 1 day at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain – half a day of free time in Lijiang again. The gradual increase in altitude allowed travelers to acclimatize better. If we had gone straight to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on the first day, the experience might have been less effective. During the free time, we booked the Ancient Tea Horse Road + Lashi Lake tour, which was reasonably priced. The shopping portion was acceptable. Although there were shopping stops, there were also cultural introductions included.
