It was incredibly convenient! At first, I was worried it wouldn't work because the price was so cheap compared to current mobile carrier services (it's 2-3 times cheaper!). The process was easy; I registered the eSIM, and once I got to the airport, I just turned on roaming and it was ready to use. If I travel to other countries again, I'll definitely try Trip.com's eSIM again.

This is my second purchase. The counter for exchanging currency is the same one after clearing customs; just ask. Have your order QR code ready; there's a SIM card exchange tool at the window. Also, remember to remove the large SIM card; it's the MRT transit card with 3 Singapore dollars on it…I almost lost it! The signal is okay.

While on vacation, we visited all three countries using their eSIM specifications, and it worked flawlessly everywhere. Be sure to read the setup instructions they send you. You need to select a data plan under Mobile Data and turn on the Data Roaming slider. There were no issues with tethering either. Everything was great.
