The tour was great and the guide did a nice job but there’s a lot of upselling everywhere and they can be extremely persistent (e.g. 5 USD for mouth cover or 75 USD for some pictures).★

Mygnor our tour guide was utterly amazing. His knowledge of the Mayan history was tier one . His humor kept the whole tour energized . I highly recommend the complete experience ( ATV, Cenote swim and Mayan tour ). A+

There were 6 in our group and we had a great time. We did wear our own sunglasses but wish we would have brought goggles but other than that our guide was amazing and we had a lot of fun. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The guides helped take pictures for me which was really appreciated! It was a great experience!★

We planned this excursion for our daughter's 16th birthday, and it did not disappoint. We paid for the basic package online, but when we got there the representative talked to us about the gold package and we decided to go for it: best decision we could have made and I highly recommend the upgrade to anyone taking part. It was great to do all of the activities in a smaller group, especially the cenote swim and supper. The area itself is beautiful and the guides are incredibly helpful. We especially loved our guide Raúl, who had a great sense of humour and excellent music! The whole day, including travel to and from our hotel in Playa del Carmen was about six hours, and it felt like the right amount of time: we weren’t rushed and we weren’t anywhere long enough to feel like it was time to move on. All in all, we had an incredible experience and we are very happy we went. I highly recommend this excursion!★

This was literally the best experience! Jorge from the Jungle definitely made it an experience to remember will recommend overall staff was great if your needing something to do this is it! Even better with VIP definitely helped my best friend celebrate her birthday
