The family is very nice and very welcoming, specially their 21 years old daughter who was the main person taking care of us. However, they have plenty of room for improvement. They need a clean room and bathroom for the travelers. The need to paint the room that they have reserved for tourist, have bed sheets that smell well and clean towels. They also need a clean bathroom. In addition. during the time that we were there, they made constructions work what was very disturbing. Expending the night with them was a beautiful experience. It was a very enriching cultural exchange. However, if they don't have a clean quite space for travelers, people won't go there.

Incredible, the guides were very knowledgeable, it was very enriching to listen to them; the boat trip was great too; everything was wonderful; even their food is delicious.

The hike was worth the climb. We were a group of 8 and we were pickup by boat at 3am from Panajachel. It was a 20min boat ride and 40min hike up the mountain. It was a bit scary for my friends who had never hiked but it was peaceful to me. Plenty of other people also hiking up so you aren't too alone. It was a great experience and 💯 recommend it.

Enjoyed our tour with Mirko who spoke very good English. He gave us many facts about the history, culture and politics of Guatemala. The tour duration was good, with half day spent in Antigua and the other half part at the Iximche archeological ruins.

We truly enjoy our lake Atitlan tour with Gustavo. He was a great guide! He was informative. The boat ride was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone that wants to experience the culture and see beautiful view of the lake and surrounding volcanos


