This trip to Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing Farm in Nantou was incredibly fortunate to have met Moose (Brother Hao)! If you're looking for a teammate who is not only a skilled driver but also an expert guide, and can even take amazing photos, he's the one for you. As a driver, Moose's skills were impeccable. He drove incredibly smoothly on the mountain roads to Cingjing, allowing us to rest and relax throughout the journey with complete peace of mind. As a guide, Brother Hao demonstrated true professionalism and warmth. He not only took us to our destination but also provided insightful and easy-to-understand explanations of local stories and features. His humorous personality filled the car with laughter, making the trip feel less stressful and more like traveling with a knowledgeable old friend. What touched us most was his thoughtfulness. Brother Hao always keenly observed our needs and professionally captured many beautiful group photos for us at hidden gems, with perfect composition and lighting! This trip was made exceptionally warm and memorable thanks to Moose (Brother Hao). This five-star review is well-deserved! I highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Taiwan! Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.

a good experience despite the bad weather, our tour guide mr wu manage to take care of us very well, he explained important information to us, making hiking not that tiring. will come back for sure on a sunny day to see the sunrise, sunset and sea of clouds, hopefully, with God's grace 🙏

We had originally booked Cingjing Farm & Gaomei Wetlands, but due to insufficient participants, the tour couldn't proceed, so we changed it to Sun Moon Lake & Cingjing Farm. I was initially a little disappointed, but after setting off, I discovered that Sun Moon Lake was also beautiful, and the itinerary was comfortable. The timing was perfect. Our fellow travelers included people from the USA, South Korea, and Singapore. Also, I must commend our guide and driver, Ken; he diligently introduced the sights and Taiwanese culture along the way, drove safely and steadily, and gave us time to rest. I had a baby (1.5 years old) with me, and she fell asleep quickly as soon as we got in the car. They even made a special arrangement for the three of us to sit together. He also took many beautiful photos for us. He recommended good restaurants for lunch. His time management was excellent.

It was a very enjoyable trip. The scenery at Sun Moon Lake was truly beautiful, with aboriginal song and dance performances. The Wenwu Temple and Gaomei Wetlands we visited were also very nice, and we even saw the sunset, which was really lucky. In addition, our driver, Brother Ye, was also a very kind person. There were quite a few inconveniences for our family to travel together, but Brother Ye was very patient. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip.

A great tour! Our tour guide, Justin, was amazing too. Being able to view Sun Moon Lake from different angles was truly rewarding. The food was also very good; like most of the previous reviews, we didn't have high expectations, but it actually tasted really good. It's definitely a tour worth joining. Our guide, Xiaoyang, patiently explained the interesting facts about Sun Moon Lake to us, and the trip went very smoothly. If you're traveling with older people like we did, I suggest upgrading to electric bicycles. The boat and cable car are completely different experiences. In short, highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
