The agent is attentive and fast to response! We have booked our trip one day before and they arranged drivers fast. The day was raining cats and dogs but drivers were very experienced, they tolerated the delay and drive us safely to the destination. We are a group of 6, with elderly and new born, felt comfortable to drive with them.

Pickup was punctual and waiting ahead of the schedule. Ride was very comfortable. Driver was professional in *****. Transfer to HongKong was smooth. Hong Kong ride to destination was safely reached. Immigration was not so smooth and ride was not as good because of a different car. Driver was very accommodating. Thanks. Still, highly recommmneded overall.
