We truly enjoyed our trip with Frances as our guide. She was very clear and helpful. I appreciate her adherence to time and making everyone understand how important it is for everyone to be on time so we could be on our tour smoothly. We arrived back in the city before the scheduled time, thanks to her promptness. Of course, the trip was good, the tour was exactly just like the description. Even if we didn’t fly the lanterns, we still enjoyed shopping for souvenirs in Shifen. Jiufen has a beautiful and scenic view of the ocean. Don’t rush to buy your meal for lunch, take your time to choose because there are still more restaurants going up—it just requires more walking. 🙈 But it’s worth it.
