As a Japanese resident, I highly recommend this spa. Although they don't speak Japanese, I can recommend this spa to anyone visiting Hanoi on business or sightseeing, thanks to the therapists' treatment skills and the hospitality of the reception staff. This time, I chose a 90-minute full-body oil massage. You can choose from four different oil scents.

The reception staff were all friendly and helpful, and after soaking in the bath and steam sauna, I received a massage, which was incredibly relaxing. This was my second visit, and the buffet was a bit disappointing.

Everything can be booked in advance via WhatsApp, and the service will be completed accordingly. However, the counter staff will ask if you want to tip the staff after the service. Since I was about to go home and didn't have any money with me, I couldn't tip.

Description misleading. It says spa, 120 minutes, lunch or dinner provided. So, when start booking, it doesn't clearly stated that 60 minutes, no lunch or dinner. Either Description says, spa, 120m with lunch or dinner, spa, 60m without lunch or dinner. Eradicate confusion. Other than that, the services are good but not the best. If you have been going for massage for more than 10 yrs, in various countries, various therapists, various styles, you can judge which one is mediocre. Good, best, excellent and which one is not good. But I do appreciate your effort to be the best. Keep trying, one day you'll be successful. All the best.


