Shelly was a great tour guide she left no stone unturned very social able, talkative, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. Despite the rain she made the best of it. Gave us free time (if you didn't choose the snack option) to shop, eat much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and seeing what was beyond the city of PalmeroSoho. Would recommend ★

Okay. The guide who took us to the estate for the vineyard tour didn't speak at all; he should have explained where we were going, the areas we were visiting, and provided some context. Also, it's not right to offer it as "lunch": it only includes two empanadas, a cheese board, and a flan. That's served inside the estate, and they should clarify this, because one understands that lunch is served elsewhere and that the tasting only takes place at the vineyard. Furthermore, the visit to Colonia wasn't guided, even though the package clearly states "guided tour of Colonia." I paid for the entire package and received neither lunch nor a guided tour of the city. The staff later told me that they don't actually offer a guided tour, so they shouldn't sell the package as if it included one. Otherwise, it was very nice: the vineyard staff was excellent, and the driver was very friendly. However, as I mentioned, they should also provide information during the trip, such as what we're going to see.★

Victoria was a fantastic guide from start to finish - thorough, enthusiastic, friendly, smiling and she knows how to keep the guests a great tour. She explained the itinerary when all guests had been picked up and at the end of the tour, suggested some additional attractions for us to explore on our own and offered to drop us at the necessary locations. She had only one objective - to make the guests know more about her favorite BA and have a memorable tour. She gave lot of details of the attractions we visited and ensured we had a memorable visit. I’ll definitely recommend this tour and Victoria as a guide.★

Fernando is a true gentleman. He is punctual and very easy going. He will tailor the tour to suit your needs and let you explore at your own pace. His audio guide system in multiple languages is very clear and easy to understand. I mainly spoke broken Spanish with him and he was happy to accommodate.
Due to an issue with flight delays, I missed my first day in Buenos Aires. Day 1 I planned to explore solo. Day 2 I planned to see the remaining sights with the help of Fernando.
I have just returned to the hotel and, with the help of Fernando, will be able to leave this beautiful city without missing a thing!
Honestly, I cannot fault this tour nor can I thank Fernando enough for helping save my holiday! You will be so glad you booked.
PS remember to bring a bank card with you. You will need it as collateral to enter Recoleta Cemetery.
